Shipping Coverage
We ship to all governorates within Egypt and offer international delivery to most countries. If your location is outside our delivery range, we will contact you directly.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email or phone.
Delivery Timeframes
- Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days
- Other Egyptian governorates: 3–7 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipment Confirmation; Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message by email or phone. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges Shipping Cost
In the case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping fees unless the received item is defective.
