Returns Policy

1 Request Timeline

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2 Processing Time

The return process usually takes 3–5 business days after we receive and approve the item.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via Instapay or bank transfer, regardless of how you originally paid.

Note: Return courier fees are covered by the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items bought during final clearance sales (unless defective).
