Returns Policy

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The return process usually takes 3–5 business days.

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed which usually takes 3 -5 business days via Instapay or bank transfer, regardless of how you originally paid.

Return courier fees are covered by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Items not in resale condition, such as those with perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains.

Send your order number and the reason for your request.

Our courier will handle the pickup and delivery process.
